  • Do I need a code to register for the room block?
    Yes, you need to let them know you are with the conference. You can call 888-516-2215 (8am-2am EST, 7 days a week) and use booking code SC03SM4 or you can book online HERE.

    What is the room rate for the event?
    The room rate is $72 a night.

    Are there other fees for the event?
    A daily resort fee of $15.00 per room, per night plus the current occupancy room tax will be charged in addition to the room rate. This fee includes: 

    • Coffeemakers in each room 
    • Basic in-room Wifi for two devices per day 
    • $5 credit per stay toward self-parking 
    • All local calls 
    • Fitness Center Access for 2 per day at each property; no lockers or shower access

    Is the room rate guaranteed for the event?
    The room rate will only be guaranteed until February 15, 2024. After that, the rate may be offered if available, but it is not guaranteed.

    Is there a "Group Name" for the event?
    Yes, NJ Sustainability in Motion Expo 2024.

    I would like to come in early for the event. Can I get the same room rate?
    Please contact the hotel if you wish to make reservations outside of March 6-8.

    Does Caesars Atlantic City Hotel –Casino accept Purchase Orders?
    To book your hotel room using a purchase order because you are tax exempt, please view the instructions HERE and remit your PO to Caesars.

    How much does it cost to park at Caesars?
    For hotel guests, parking is $5 for self park and $10 for valet. But, good news! You get a $5 voucher toward self-parking, so parking can be FREE! For those coming for the day, self parking is $10 per day.

  • When can I set up my booth?
    Setup is Wednesday, March 6 from noon to 4 pm. All exhibits MUST be in place by 4 p.m.

    Can I ship my booth or materials before conference begins?
    Certainly, shipping and ordering info will be distributed one month prior to conference.

    When can I begin to dismantle my booth?
    Tentatively, exhibitors may strike their booths on Friday, March 8 beginning at 10 a.m.

    Can I dismantle my booth early?
    This is expressly prohibited, and you will be billed a $200 fee for early dismantling.

    Is there WIFI in the exhibit Hall?
    Yes. There is complimentary WIFI throughout the hotel.

    How can I order electricity, a hard-wired Internet connection, or additional furnishings for my booth?

  • Am I allowed to bring guests to conference?
    Guests 21 and over must be registered for the conference to attend. Guest tickets cost $295, attendee registration coming soon.

  • What is included in the registration package?
    Your Attendee registration or Exhibitor registration includes everything on the Agenda.  The NJCCC Awards Reception on Thursday, March 7 is an additional fee.

    I am an Exhibitor. Do I need to register?
    If you registered for your exhibitor booth online, then you should’ve added your 2 attendees names to the registration.  If you didn’t add the attendee names at the time of registration, please email your attendee names to This email address is being protected from spambots.     I am a Sponsor. Do I need to register?

    Is there walk-in registration?
    We can accommodate walk-ins for the Conference only on Wednesday and Thursday. Registration rates increase for walk-ins.

    Can I pay my registration with a check?
    Yes please register through this online system, then mail the check to the address on your confirmation email. Checks must be received by February 22. 

    Can I cancel my registration?

    How do I register/pay using a PO?

    When do I select my booth location?
